Shelley Broussard

Shelley is a Diamond Level Top Producer with the Christy Buck Team in Pearland, TX, bringing over 20 years of real estate experience in title, marketing, and legal fields. Native to the Houston area, she has extensive knowledge of areas both inside and outside the loop.

A 2017 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, Shelley holds several designations: Accredited Buyer's Specialist (ABR), Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE). Known for her attention to detail, timely responses, and commitment to keeping clients informed and educated throughout the entire process, Shelley maintains contact with all her clients beyond the closing table.

Having been with the Christy Buck Team for over 7 years, Shelley has consistently achieved Diamond Level status. In her personal time, she enjoys live Zydeco music and dancing, as well as attending the Houston Astros games.
