It’s no different than washing a car, everybody thinks a clean car looks nicer than a dirty one, the same thing goes for houses!

Fresh cut grass, new mulch and trimmed trees add all the curb appeal your home could need!

You don’t have to plant a whole garden, but showing that you care about the outside of the home will leave buyers wondering what the inside has to offer!

Tip 3:

Fix Up The Roof

Damage to the roof is one of the first things appraisers and home buyers notice! Try to keep up with the cleaning and fixing of your roof/gutters. That way when it comes time to move, you won’t need to spend a fortune to get it fixed!
