Adding Curb Appeal to Your Home | Christy Buck Team

Sellers, this ones for you! We all know selling a home isn’t easy and can take a lot of time and work. We put together a couple of tips on how you can add curb appeal to your home!!

Tip 1:

Power Wash The Outside

There’s no need to remove the paint! Simply grab a bucket and a long-handled brush and wash your house! Wash away the dirt and mildew and get your home looking new again. Try washing your windows, remove the cobwebs and get the dirt and leaves that are stuck in your gutters out!! It’s no different than washing a car, everybody thinks a clean car looks nicer than a dirty one, the same thing goes for houses!

Tip 2:

Tidy Up The Yard

Fresh cut grass, new mulch and trimmed trees add all the curb appeal your home could need!

You don’t have to plant a whole garden, but showing that you care about the outside of the home will leave buyers wondering what the inside has to offer!

Tip 3:

Fix Up The Roof

Damage to the roof is one of the first things appraisers and home buyers notice! Try to keep up with the cleaning and fixing of your roof/gutters. That way when it comes time to move, you won’t need to spend a fortune to get it fixed!

Don’t fix the roof yourself, hire someone who has the tools to do the work for you!
