Recently, there have been updates on the theme park in Texas City that has been in the making since 2015. The Adventure Pointe Amusement Park started infrastructure in 2015 and they have been working towards it becoming a reality since then! Now, they have just received permits for the first two buildings of the theme park! Adventure Pointe will be located right by the Tanger Outlets off of Interstate 45 in Texas City. It is also located by the master planned community of Lago Mar, which is still under construction! This park is going to sit on 25 acres, so there will be tons of space for fun and adventure!! They have said there will be go-karts, miniature railroad, outdoor ice skating rink, pirate ship rides, and a boardwalk! We can’t wait to keep getting more updates and be able to visit the park one day, it’s been too long that we haven’t had a true amusement park in the area.
