HAR just released their October 2020 newsletter stating that people continued to buy homes this month at a crazy pace and Houston & surrounding area are set to reach a record year! We keep telling everyone now is the time to buy with low interest rates! And it’s a fantastic market to sell in with inventory low, people are RUNNING to houses! According to HAR.com, there were 9,287 single family homes sold in October 2020, compared to 7,187 last October! HAR.com also ran numbers on the “top dollar volume” and said it rose 46.1%!
