According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 366 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in December 2016. There were 177 single-family sales in Pearland, 57 single-family sales in Friendswood & 132 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2600 in Pearland with the average sales price as $269,00. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2550 with the average sales price as $293,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2540 with an average sales price of $271,000. The average days on the market for Pearland was 47. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 34. The average days on the market for League City was 48.

It is the beginning of the year and now is the perfect time to buy or sell a home! Also, don’t forget to get your homestead exemption forms done by April 30, 2017!
