There were 116 single-family sales in Pearland, 51 single-family sales in Friendswood & 112 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2511 in Pearland with the average sales price as $279,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2826 with the average sales price as $345,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2708 with an average sales price of $329,000. The average days on the market for Pearland was 68. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 40. The average days on the market for League City was 75.
