According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 351 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in August 2017. There were 161 single-family sales in Pearland, 63 single-family sales in Friendswood & 127 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2500 in Pearland with the average sales price as $273,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2900with the average sales price as $339,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2700 with an average sales price of $318,00. The average days on the market for Pearland was 28. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 42. The average days on the market for League City was 57.
