According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 450 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in August 2020 which is 105 less than last month. There were 186 single-family sales in Pearland, 94 single-family sales in Friendswood & 170 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2611 in Pearland with the average sales price as $299,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2748 with the average sales price as $369,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2564 with an average sales price of $318,000. The average days on the market for Pearland was 47. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 37. The average days on the market for League City was 39.
