According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 291 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in February 2021, which is 56 more home sales than last month. There were 137 single-family sales in Pearland, 50 single-family sales in Friendswood & 104 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2532 in Pearland with the average sales price as $303,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2821 with the average sales price as $427,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2561 with an average sales price of $329,000. The average days on the market for Pearland was 46. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 36. The average days on the market for League City was 46. We have seen already more action going on in the market and the sales prices are remaining higher!
