According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 430 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in July 2017. There were 196 single-family sales in Pearland, 75 single-family sales in Friendswood & 159 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2654 in Pearland with the average sales price as $281,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2992 with the average sales price as $359,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2632 with an average sales price of $292,00. The average days on the market for Pearland was 46. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 61. The average days on the market for League City was 38.
