According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 492 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in June 2017. There were 214 single-family sales in Pearland, 85 single-family sales in Friendswood & 193 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2660 in Pearland with the average sales price as $280,600. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2670 with the average sales price as $322,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2500 with an average sales price of $270,700. The average days on the market for Pearland was 30. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 30. The average days on the market for League City was 31.
