According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 376 single-family sales in Pearland , Friendswood, & League City in March 2018. There were 173 single-family sales in Pearland, 67 single-family sales in Friendswood & 136 single family sales in League City. The average sq footage was 2615 in Pearland with the average sales price as $284,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2487 with the average sales price as $280,000! And in League City the average sq footage was 2561 with an average sales price of $299,000. The average days on the market for Pearland was 43. The average days on the market for Friendswood was 46. The average days on the market for League City was 52.
