According to HAR.com data, there were approx. 3932 single-family sales in Houston in January 2016, with 111 being in Pearland & 38 being from Friendswood! The average sq footage was 2700 in Pearland with the average sales price as $260,000. The average sq footage in Friendswood was 2900 with the average sales price as $330,000!
What’s even better for the seller’s? The fact that you’re getting close to 95% listing price in the Houston Area, 97% close to listing price in the Friendswood area, & 99% close to listing price in the Pearland area! Those kind of numbers are what seller’s love seeing, as they are getting their home sold at the best price!
