Subject property is mostly beginning at and North of the overhead electrical lines (see attached survey). Per survey, the majority of the property lies in AE flood zone, with back portion in Zone X. Property is fenced on front, back and north sides. Seller allows adjoining property owner to run cattle freely on his property; however, does not currently have agriculture exemption. Per seller, holes dug along north side of dirt road are from adjacent property owner digging dirt out to build roadway and left holes for watering livestock. Also per seller, he was told by previous seller that some trees on property can be harvested to use roots for essential oils.
