Outdoor Maintenance

1. Roof Inspection

  • Check for missing, loose, or damaged shingles.
  • Look for signs of leaks or water damage in the attic.
  • Consider scheduling a professional roof inspection.

2. Clean Gutters and Downspouts

  • Remove debris to prevent water backup.
  • Ensure gutters are securely attached and free of leaks.

3. Siding and Exterior Walls

  • Inspect for signs of damage or wear.
  • Power wash to remove dirt, mold, and mildew.

4. Windows and Doors

  • Clean windows inside and out.
  • Check and repair seals to improve energy efficiency.

5. Decks and Patios

  • Inspect for loose boards or nails.
  • Clean and reseal surfaces to protect against UV rays and moisture.

6. Driveways and Walkways

  • Check for cracks and repair as needed to prevent further damage.

7. Landscaping

  • Mow and edge the lawn regularly.
