We are hiring a second transaction coordinator to assist our clients from contract to close AND another Buyer’s Agent to assist our clients with the home buying process.
Transaction Coordinator Position: This is an employee based position to be paid a salary with potential bonuses as well.
We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our fast paced team of Real Estate Professionals. We need someone extremely interested and motivated in working closely with a team of Realtors and their clients to assist in getting the client to the closing table on their home. This position is FULL TIME, in the office M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. Some evenings and weekends necessary. Must be very flexible. Additionally, team member needs to be qualified to perform various computer tasks, multi-tasking is a must, and to be able to handle working with many clients at a time. In this position, you will be staying in constant communication with all parties involved in a real estate transaction from the realtors, client, lender and title company, managing deadlines on files, and ensuring a smooth process for the client. Buyer’s Agent Position: This is an independent contractor position to be paid on a commission basis.
We are looking for a Buyer’s Specialist to join our growing team of Real Estate Professionals. We need a very interested and motivated Real Estate Agent who is ready to jump into the market! We are looking for an individual who is organized and able to provide the highest level of customer service for our buyers and clients. The right candidate will possess the skills and aptitude necessary to work with qualified buyers and help them find the home of their dreams, negotiate the contract on their behalf and represent their interest throughout the home buying process.
